Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to most countries worldwide where there is a shipping option available at the checkout stage. There may be restrictions on some Products for some International Delivery Destinations. We will contact you if this is the case, otherwise please proceed as normal.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO NEW GPSR LEGISLATION, WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO NORTHERN IRELAND AND EUROPE*
As our system doesn't let us separate NI from the UK for shipping purposes, if any orders are placed from Northern Ireland we will contact and refund you.
Some International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer to pay for when your order reaches the set destination. Please note that we cannot be held liable for these charges, and have no control over them as they are set by importing and duty regulations, not Sherwoods Fabrics Group. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order if required.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
How much are delivery charges?
Our delivery charges will be shown at the checkout stage for you to select which option you prefer, or which is applicable to your delivery destination.
Economy UK Delivery (Currently dispatch times are within 5 working days*) on orders placed under £50 is £3.99. However, if the order is over £50 the carriage will be free for this service
UK Priority Delivery (Dispatched within 3 working days*) is £9.99
UK Next Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 13:00 BST only on working days) is £19.99
UK Sample Delivery - This Order Will Be Despatched Within 5 Working Days Is £3.99
Click And Collect - Only Available For Customers Within 25 Mile Radius is free, and you will be emailed when your order is ready for collection. Your order will be processed within 5 working days.
Europe Non-Urgent Budget Economy Delivery - This Order Will Be Despatched Within 14 Working Days is £19.99 CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Europe Priority Shipping - This Order Will Be Shipped Within 7 Working Days is £39.99 CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

How quickly will my order be sent/arrive?
Orders are usually sent out using a courier such as DPD, Royal Mail, FedEx, or a similar courier service, and these orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days from date of the order placed*. For UK mainland orders you can choose a priority delivery service at the checkout stage but these carry an increased delivery charge, or can be viewed on the section above 'How much are delivery charges?'.
Sample orders are sent out using Royal Mail standard postal services so there is no facility for next day delivery on these items unless the order is placed with goods which qualify for a next day delivery service, in which case, they will usually be sent together. Usually delivery of samples and swatch orders are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of the order placed, but at busy periods like sale times and depending on the amount of sample orders received into our system, there could be a few days delay. However, we will send these orders onto you asap*
All orders once processed into our system, and/or cut for your specific needs, it cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Can my order be delivered to someone other than myself?
Where incorrect address details are supplied, we cannot accept liability for lost items. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct details are supplied. If goods go ‘missing’ as a result of incorrect address details being supplied, we cannot replace these free of charge.
The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
In these instances, and where an order is placed in someone elses name, we cannot accept a cancellation/amendment/edit to the order unless it comes from the person whom the name of the order is in.
