Cute, comfy and effortlessly stylish, the Indigo smock has no fiddly fastenings so you can throw it on and go. Sew it with classic gathered seams or elevate it to a stand-out piece in your wardrobe with the pretty exposed frill seam.
Indigo has a bodice shaped with bust darts, gently curved empire waistline, and floaty gathered skirt. Make it as a top with dipped hem ending at the low hip, or a knee-length dress with straight hem and pockets (yay!). Choose from three-quarter flounce sleeves or slim-fitting bracelet sleeves. You’ll want to wear one every day of the week.

MODEL GARMENT SIZES: Rumana (yellow floral print top and clementine print dress) wears a size 4 (UK 12) and Paige (lilac dress and black asterix print top) wears a size 3 (UK 10) at the bust, graded to a size 4 (UK 12) at the waist and hips. Bethany (sage polka dot dress & geometric top) wears a size UK 26 at the bust, graded to a size 30 at the hips.
FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: Light to medium weight woven fabrics with drape such as cotton lawn, chambray, viscose (rayon), tencel, double gauze, crepe de chine, or georgette.
SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS: Matching and contrast thread, 0.3m (3/8 yd) interfacing, sewing machine and basic tools.

The condition in which your order is delivered to you is of utmost importance to us. All items are personally inspected by a member of our ‘Quality Control Team’ before being packaged and sent out to you. Strictly no claims are accepted after a fabric has been cut. This also applies to remnants as there are certain processes required in making remnants ready for sale meaning that they are too classed as a cut-length.
By agreeing to purchase a fabric or remnant from us you are accepting our terms and conditions, including that all fabrics, remnants and trimmings are cut/prepared for your individual requirements and are therefore non-refundable.
Please note that next day orders placed after 1pm on a working day will be despatched the following working day. We do not despatch any orders on Saturdays or Sundays. If you have selected next day delivery after 1pm on a Friday then this order will be despatched on the Monday following.
